Our Services
AFFM is the appointed Management Company of the Alken Fund.
Pursuant to the management company services agreement, AFFM:
- Is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Alken Fund.
- Executes the risk management and compliance function
- Performs oversight of all delegated duties
- Manages the marketing and distribution function
AFFM delegates the investment management function for the Alken Fund to Alken Asset Management.
